Introduction To Retrieval Augmented Generation at Brighton Py

At Personify we're keen on community building and sharing our knowledge. In May we're teaming up with Brighton Py to host a workshop on Retrieval Augments Generation - RAG as it is often referred to.

If you didn't know, RAG is becoming one of the most important techniques in Chatbot development. It allows organisations to direct a chatbots conversation and use the correct data to answer questions or perform actions. It's an essential to master if you're serious about Chatbot development.

We'll cover the RAG basics and talk to you about Large Language Models, Embedding Models and Vector Databases. You'll write your own chatbot that'll answer questions based on the data you specify. We'll make this easy enough for people with basic Python, but we'll also make it useful enough for experienced programmers. We'll also team you up so that each dev team will have a mix of experience so you can all help each other.

It's going to be a 90 minute session and the lovely Brighton Py people are providing pizza and drinks!
